Food Habits in the UK

When I started working in the UK, there were a few things that I found particularly strange. One of them is definitely the English's bad food habit. (if you are within this group, here is a good article ;) )

They normally have, while still in front of the computer, a sandwich and/or a pack of crisps for lunch.

And the worst thing is: that is really the real meaning of the word lunch (any light meal or snack) while dinner means the main meal of the day.

Therefore, from now on, as a good Italian and Brazilian, the sequence of meals during my day is going to be: Breakfast, Dinner, Snack and Supper.
